Proposed Q&A site for expert dermatologist and dermatopathologists

Currently in definition.

...and I want to know (1) does this community think the proposal is likely to be successful, and, if so, (2) in additional to an e-mail campaign I am doing, how else can I get the word out about this proposal?

This question stems from the fact that most of the followers of this proposal are new users, and tend to be less computer savvy.

rather than making the obvious switch to meta.stackexchange.com It's not at all an "obvious" switch until every single SE 1.0 site is decommissioned forever. meta.stackexchange.com is the official support site for all SE 1.0 sites. Once that's resolved, then perhaps.

Does it make more sense to check in modified code and make the remaining changes on my laptop, or should I fix the unrelated things that have broken my working copy here so that I can make the remaining changes and just check in everything at once? Decisions, decisions. (Ignoring the obvious flaw that my commits aren't coherent units or work or anything, that ship has already sailed on this project :P)
