Feature Request: Clear the desktop notification when the avatar indicator is cleared (user sends a message, hits esc, etc)

Bug/Feature Request: Only show one desktop notification per post. If the post is a reply and mentions me elsewhere in the message, there's no sense in showing two notifications.

I'd uh...be down with some rate limiting too as far as notifications based on edits are concerned. :P
