Yes, internal memory is what you are interested in. Still, at only less than 3 MB, it should not be crashing like that

No heap means you have to do strange things like static char ret[64]; and handle locking in some instances.

No heap, no malloc(), or implement malloc() that works from a statically allocated pool

oh but in my software there is audio,video,image streaming

so it tooks lot of memory

And you just can't do that with 1 MB of memory :)

static allocated pool can also be used in case of java

Without dynamic allocation you find yourself trimming 3 - 5 bytes from various things all over your code, while writing 'cheap' sanity checks. It's fun, but aggravating at times.
