Feature request.

When hovering over a message that is in response to some other message that is off the screen, it is impossible to see that it is a response.

Chat should either

- Offer a permalink to the message the message refers to -or-

- Show an up arrow in the top corner of the screen when hovering over the message to signify that there is a related message further up the stream.

If it's an explicit reply there's a little arrow thingadongdong.
