This is fixed. Also, some clarification of the rules: only one display name change is allowed every 30 days user accounts less than 2 days old may change their displayname at will there is a 15 minute grace period after each change during which you may change your displayname at will

I was just able to change my display name on Meta. I last did this about 24 days ago I think, but certainly not more than 28 days ago. Has the restriction that you must wait 30 days between name changes been lifted? Or is this a bug?

Someone decided to start downvoting my answers due to them being too bulletin boardlike (not good grammar and capitalization) Is there a way to report those users? and what can i do about it? edit here is one example

@GeorgeMarian Oh good, so there's reports that they're physically relocating the PSN hardware. While that suggests that the attack was on-site, it's much more amusing to imagine them sitting there thinking "If we hide the servers, the hackers won't find us!"
