While I have no interest in personally participating in @TheRenamedException's room, I do think it should be undeleted.

@RebeccaChernoff heh, sorry, I'm not in a great mood. What I mean is, I created it and was chastised by a mod, so I told them they could undelete it if they felt it was a mistake

@TheRenamedException this applies to things on the sites. While some rules apply in both (profanity etc), I don't see how people can think all rules do. No subjectivity here guys silence forever

If we can have a room dedicated to choosing your new gravatar, and a room whose sole purpose is to farm stars, we can probably have a shopping recommendation room

I always thought that chat was a perfectly okay place for recommendation and bad subjective stuff

I just got a crazy idea - use Dropbox to sync my Thunderbird profile across all the computers I work on

The only problem with the idea: somehow I had accumulated 1.1gb of stuff in my profile.

@PopularDemand: fair enough. I've seen it at least 5 times today already

I'm not sure why it's that big - even Firefox 4.0's profile folder is only .5 gb, and most of it is only cache data

I have... uh, 244mb of mail in my Trash folder

How does the SE staff handle feature request? Those with the most votes get the most attention, amiright?

Someone needs to find something more constructive to do with their time

Example: in a room, a message gets starred 10 times, and its poster gets the Talkative badge. Does s/he keep it even if I cancel its stars?

I wonder, is there a way to quickly clear all stars?

This is impressively close to "what's the most efficient method to cheat our way to a Talkative badge and then cover up the evidence?"

I'm sure @GeorgeEdison mentioned yesterday that it's legal to, so I tried to insert a iframe in a page; "$('iframe').children()" gives []

.contents() is the magic word
