No, I don't believe users get a warning or anything if their comment is deleted.

Mods don't even have a list of them, sadly enough.

I am actually surprised that the system allows such comments to be submitted.

perhaps it should be brought up on meta to improve the system preventing those... Like with a black list of expressions or so.

of course one could say a crazy person will circumvent this by writing it down slightly differently, but I guess it would still prevent some people writing it if there is a proper feedback from the system with the consequences.

IMO, the current number is quite limiting if you are an active user of the close vote queue, low-quality queue, first post queue, and moderator tools (close tab).

is it possible to get more without becoming a moderator?

for 20K+ users, when the recommend deletion button turns into deletion for the corresponding reviews, does it mean that the daily delete vote cast is reduced one, or those "deletion" votes do not count?

yeah, it would be nice to know for sure because it is a regression for 20K+ users if it counts, at least in my opinion.

(Also, it is sometime more productive to use recommend deletion than deletion, so it is unfortunate there is no fallback, and the delete vote does not count into the recommend deletion type deletion.)

@LaszloPapp it's like flag that turns into actual close vote when you have enough reputation... personally don't think it's a bad thing.
