We have 1.3k starred entries, if I only have a 1/6th chance of removing one of those, I both remove less entries, as well as have a better chance of removing something useless.

If I ALWAYS remove one of the last 6, it is far more likely that I'll remove something important..

Re CSS, specifically talking about "everyone's a web designer, hey let's start a firm" types ... who produce CSS that tramples all over convention and logic. @Yi Jiang - True, but still.

Na, it is more a case of the most aweful design in the world (which everyone seems to like for some odd reason) ... but it is implemented as CSS spaghetti, so making simple changes mashes everything
